About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate claims professional to lead a seamless and empathetic claims process, with a special emphasis on handling death claims with care and compassion.

This role will involve managing end-to-end claims processes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in service excellence.   • You will have experience in claims administration and case management, with a focus on Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
  • A proactive approach ensures strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • You will possess a comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, navigating complex situations with confidence and expertise.
  • Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • You will be able to manage declined claims and complaints, demonstrating commitment to providing a positive claim experience and driving continuous improvement.
