We are seeking an experienced and compassionate claims professional to lead a seamless and empathetic claims process, with a special emphasis on handling death claims with care and compassion.
This role will involve managing end-to-end claims processes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in service excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims operations, helping to reduce complaints and enhance overall performance.
About You- You will have experience in claims administration and case management, with a focus on Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
- A proactive approach ensures strong relationships are built and maintained with stakeholders, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- You will possess a comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, navigating complex situations with confidence and expertise.
- Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- You will be able to manage declined claims and complaints, demonstrating commitment to providing a positive claim experience and driving continuous improvement.
