- Manage end-to-end claims processes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in service excellence.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims operations, reducing complaints and enhancing overall performance.
About You:
- Significant experience in claims administration and case management, focusing on Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
- Proactive with excellent relationship-building skills, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders.
- A comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance products, navigating complex situations with confidence and expertise.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills enable you to manage escalated situations effectively, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
- A proven track record of contributing to operational efficiency and effectiveness, consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets.
