About The Opportunity

We are seeking an individual to work with us in end-to-end recruitment, supporting organisations delivering frontline services. This role offers continued learning & development, flexible work arrangements, tools of the trade, access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and regular team events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Australian Human Services sector organisations deliver frontline services.

About You

We are looking for an individual driven to deliver results for clients, with a solutions-focused mindset and curiosity to try new things. In addition, you will have:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or internal).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels.
  • An ability to meet milestones and work to achieve positioning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to follow a recruitment process from start to finish.
  • A desire to continue learning and developing in your role.
