Human Factors Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Human Factors and Customer Centred Design for transport projects.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Ergonomics, Industrial Design, or Psychology related discipline and advanced or postgraduate qualifications in Human Factors. Previous professional experience in Human Factors delivery is also essential.
- Provide technical leadership on Human Factors work on projects
- Develop and implement human performance research protocols under senior supervision
- Conduct cognitive workload, risk assessments, and Task Analysis
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing results or conclusions of human factors activities
