The Client

This dynamic mid-tier law firm with a boutique feel is currently searching for a Human Resources Manager to join their business in their Sydney head office.

With offices in Sydney and around Australia, our client offers a breadth of legal services covering Commercial law, Property Law, Wills and Estates, Family Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.

The Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to provide human resource expertise as well as management of the Sydney CBD office with the support of the People & Practice Manager.

This role will support the Managing Directors, Directors and Divisional Leaders in fostering a best practice workplace whos culture is collaborative, cohesive and high performing.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR/administrative position in Legal or Accounting Industries
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Strong recruitment skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Office Management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Suite
  • Additional certifications in Human Resource Management desirable
