Job Title

A Scheduling Advisor is required to coordinate the delivery of services using a team of Community Support Professionals.

  • This role involves developing and managing customer service schedules, preparing and transmitting schedules for customer services, arranging replacement staff to cover planned or unplanned absences and shift changes.
  • Providing coaching, supervision, support and direction to Community Support Professionals to ensure quality service is provided to people they support.
  • Maintaining and updating data in company information systems, meeting specified standards for the delivery of quality in-home care and support services.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in the use of the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Proven relationship management with all internal and external stakeholders, as well as good interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
