About This Role

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Officer to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves coordinating bookings, managing waiting lists, and meeting targets while delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient and consultant bookings efficiently.
  • Manage waiting lists and meet productivity targets.
  • Utilize Clinical Information Systems for efficient booking management and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using Clinical Information Systems or ability to rapidly acquire skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
What We Offer
  • An hourly rate between $48.51 - $53.95 p.h., including 25% casual loading.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
