The Role
We are seeking a Luxury Client Experience Specialist to join our Global Operations Team. This role will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional client service, working closely with other Business Services teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up meeting rooms/function spaces for meetings and events.
  • Taking tea and coffee orders, preparing, and delivering to the room.
  • Clearing rooms upon completion of a meeting or event, rearranging furniture, and ensuring the space is clean and tidy for the next meeting/event.
  • Assisting with video conference and conference call setup.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of front-of-office and back-of-office kitchens/staff break-out areas.
  • Covering reception duties when the Receptionist is absent.
  • Ordering, maintaining, and restocking office supplies.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Office Operations Manager and back-of-office team as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality/customer service role.
  • Barista license (preferable).
  • RSA certification (preferable).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, being resourceful and proactive in dealing with unexpected situations.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work overtime during special program events.

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that cater to your evolving needs and priorities throughout different life stages.
