Business Banking Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Banking professional to join our team. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Bankers in managing and developing strong customer relationships.

Liaising with customers and stakeholders is crucial to ensure an efficient and high-quality service is provided to clients. Key responsibilities include financial analysis, security structuring, completion of credit submissions, and adherence to policy and procedures.

As a mentor and coach, you will have the opportunity to grow the Analyst's financial analysis and credit writing skills. Your expertise will be invaluable in matching appropriate products and supporting cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of business structures, experience conducting financial analysis, and ability to analyse and interpret financial and cash flow statements are essential.

A tertiary qualification in a business-related field is desirable, along with knowledge of banking regulations, policies, procedures, and the range of bank products and services.
