Your background in agri or business banking will give you the right grounding to support the larger and more complex customers in your portfolio, and your understanding of agriculture and farming will see you thrive in this role.

**As an **Agribusiness Relationship Manager**, you'll get to**:

- Identify ways to appropriately assist customers to access finance to grow their business and in turn their communities and regional wealth.
- Prepare concise, accurate and timely loan proposals and reviews whilst ensuring the quality of credit assessment and ongoing management is maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Business Influencers by proactively networking and developing new relationship with potential future customers.
- Increase market share in target markets and identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships and referring opportunities to our partners.

Supporting an existing portfolio of customers in Bendigo and surrounds with borrowing 1.5 -5 mil, this is a great stepping stone to grow you into a Senior Relationship Manager. And being based in our Bendigo Head Office will give you corporate experience and connections plus opportunities to grow your personal brand as you represent Rural Bank at location functions and events.

This is a full time, permanent position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days per week in the office, but you will regularly travel by vehicle to visit customers on farm and attend field days and networking events. Given you will travel over 15,000kms/pa this role qualifies for a company provided vehicle/allowance? And a clean driver's licence is a must.
