Patient Solutions Director

This position oversees the development and implementation of patient-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop value propositions for clients through effective customer-centric strategies.
- Maintain high production standards, including response times and call handle rates.
- Evaluate systems and procedures to drive changes meeting departmental objectives.
- Safeguard company assets with strong internal control procedures.
- Enhance team productivity by resolving problems affecting service efficiency.
- Direct employees within the department in accordance with organizational policies.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
