Job Overview
Lead Strategic Visionary:
The Lead Strategic Visionary for Patient Solutions is responsible for driving the overall strategy of our patient solutions operation.
A key aspect of this role is being customer-centric; working closely with management to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of business and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the patient solutions department and develop value propositions for clients.
Develop, maintain, and ensure production and quality standards are met, along with audit outcomes.
Maintain appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers and minimal impact on existing customers.
Evaluate systems, policies, and procedures, and drive changes to meet organizational and departmental objectives.
Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
Assist in solving problems that affect service, efficiency, and team productivity.
Leadership Roles:
Direct and supervise employees within the department(s) in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline preferred.
10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
