Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic vision and customer-centric approach for patient solutions operation.

As a key team member, you will oversee the department, develop value propositions for clients, ensure production and quality standards are met.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet organizational objectives;
  • Oversee the customer and patient solutions department;
  • Evaluate systems, policies, and procedures to drive changes that meet organizational and departmental objectives;
  • Maintain strong internal control procedures to safeguard company assets;
  • Collaborate with employees to drive problem-solving, improve service efficiency, and enhance team productivity.

Leadership Responsibilities

Direct and supervise employees within the department(s) in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Interview, hire, train employees, plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred;
  • 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or a similar call center environment.
