Patient Solutions Strategist
  • Oversee customer and patient solutions department to generate value propositions for clients.
  • Develop production and quality standards including response and call handle times along with audit outcomes.
  • Maintain staffing levels to ensure service levels are met across all product segments.
  • Evaluate systems policies and procedures to drive changes meeting organizational objectives.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and 10 years of experience in patient services or similar call center environment. This will enable the successful candidate to lead a diverse group of professionals and develop effective strategies that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
