The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in Dandenong and contribute to our off-road revolution. In this role, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and serve as the primary contact for customers eager to enhance their vehicles with premium ARB accessories. Your responsibilities will include engaging with vehicle owners, branch management, 4x4 technicians, dealers, and trade resellers to address inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure timely execution of every vehicle job.

Your Responsibilities:

· Enhance Customer Experience: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring seamless order entry, delivery tracking, and invoicing.

· Assist the Team: Provide essential administrative support, including generating sales reports, managing customer databases, and aiding in stock management.

· Be the Knowledgeable Resource: Respond to sales inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email from a diverse clientele, including automotive dealers and trade customers.

· Coordinate Engaging Events: Assist in planning and executing exciting events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days that highlight our brand and offerings.
