We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our client's team as the first point of contact and impression for all visitors to their office. As the front of house representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for staff, stakeholders, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet staff and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and maintenance of databases and systems
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized, including reception area and common spaces
