Job Title: Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at NPA WorldWide. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-office services and support.

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and filing
  • Offer excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Prepare and serve coffee or beverages to clients as needed
  • Place orders for catering services and refreshments for meetings and events
Requirements:
  • Experience in reception or a similar front office role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a high level of personal integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
