About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and personable Reception Support Assistant to join our team in Perth. As the face of our firm, you will be responsible for managing front of house duties, handling phone calls, and greeting clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a busy reception area, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and file management.
- Coordinate diaries, meeting rooms, and attend to incoming and outgoing mail.
- Liaise with solicitors, paralegal staff, and clients, providing assistance and maintaining professional communication.
Requirements
- Outgoing and professional, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Career experience within a reception or administrative position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
