Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at the Westin Perth Hotel. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Represent the hotel in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance guest experiences
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be competent in using relevant software packages, including OPERA, and have a passion for delivering energetic customer service. Leadership experience and a passion for hospitality management are highly advantageous.
