In this role, you will be responsible for increasing change management capability across Wealth & Personal Banking so that people are at the centre of change activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee, ensure, and enable change to be delivered in line with Change Management Framework and methodologies
  • Build the capability to provide visibility of change resources and facilitate matching of demand and supply across the business
  • Manage a portfolio of change initiatives and act as an interface between the project, the business, and other projects to ensure proposed changes integrate seamlessly and are scheduled optimally

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or business-related field
  • Strong track record of change management experience with at least 10 years demonstrable experience in managing complex change programs
  • Able to coach and lead collaborative work practices across direct and indirect reports
