Expert Change Management Professional

This role is responsible for governing and optimizing the integrated change management process across multiple service towers and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:- Govern the change management process, ensuring adherence to standardized change policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Chair regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Lead end-to-end change management, assessing high-risk, complex, or cross-supplier changes and collaborating with stakeholders to validate change plans and rollback strategies.
- Proven experience as an ITSM Consultant or Change Manager.
- Deep understanding of ITIL-based frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to drive operational efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications- ITIL certification is highly desirable.
