A leading global organisation is navigating significant regulatory and compliance transformation. We are seeking an experienced change management professional to drive large-scale change across people, culture, and business operations.
The ideal candidate will lead and coach executives while delivering measurable improvements in performance, adoption, and engagement. They will design and execute end-to-end change strategies, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and lasting impact beyond the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans across multiple workstreams.
- Build executive and stakeholder buy-in, ensuring ownership and accountability for change outcomes.
- Mentor and guide peers and change champions to uplift organisational change capability.
- Develop and deliver communication and training programs to drive adoption and sustain transformation.
- Monitor and report on change in progress, providing insights and adjustments as required.
- Support leaders, employees, and teams through coaching and guidance during transition phases.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong background in strategy change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training delivery.
- Experience in the utilities sector would be desired, however large company transformations is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
