The Enterprise Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer success by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers to ensure their continued adoption and growth on our platform.
- Become an expert in our product, utilizing this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, collaborating closely with the Onboarding Consultants team to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor and improve the health status of each customer, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted solutions.
- Deliver high-touch engagements to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain best practices for customer growth and renewal, driving long-term customer success and retention.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to create customized account plans and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar B2B customer-facing roles, working extensively with Enterprise customers.
- A proven track record of managing large portfolios of 30-50 Enterprise accounts.
- Ability to recognize and capitalize on business value opportunities while prioritizing multiple accounts strategically.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, coupled with excellent time management skills, enabling simultaneous handling of multiple assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional listening abilities, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
