Job Title:

Customer Success Advocate

A pivotal role in driving long-term growth and expansion for key customers by executing services that accelerate business objectives and drive adoption.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize projects and support activities to maximize return on investment in solutions.
  2. Establish measurable criteria for success and foster alignment across the organization.
  3. Develop a strategic roadmap with select accounts to ensure successful and broad adoption of solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth strategies.
  5. Maintain close relationships with key sponsors within select accounts.
  6. Partner with internal experts to translate customer challenges into business solutions.
  7. Become a trusted advisor through identifying, creating, and promoting compelling insights related to area of expertise.
  8. Collaborate with consulting and support services teams from proposal through delivery.
  9. Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports, proposals, assessments, and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education.
  • 6+ years in sales, service delivery, or customer success management experience.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect customers with understanding of their needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
