Casework Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in child protection and a passion for leadership and management.
  • Your role will involve mentoring and coaching your team to deliver excellent casework and providing strategic direction to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience working with children, young people, and families in a child protection context.
  • You possess knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
  • You are a skilled leader and manager with experience in performance management and effective people management.
  • You hold a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • An attractive base salary range $116,211 pa - $119,479 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
