Senior Transport Operations Manager

This is a permanent part-time role based in Queensland, within the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB). The position involves overseeing workplace health and safety practices, analyzing complex issues, and resolving problems.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the operations of the Queensland Government Agency Program (QGAP), ensuring effective resource utilization within a team environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and complaints across multiple communication channels.
- Contribute to operational and financial planning for QGAP, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service procedures, processes, and customer channel options.
- Experience in supervising and managing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with QGAP policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. They will also need to have strong time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
