Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Transport Operations Manager to oversee our logistics operations and ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch and delivery of freight.

  • Manage a team of transport coordinators and drivers to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, implement and manage transport routes and resources to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on transport metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimise processes.
  • Ensure all transport operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior transport or logistics management role within the freight industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of transport planning, scheduling and operations management principles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
