At Marsh, we're seeking a skilled Strata Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Strata team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Strata insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewal and broking strategies are implemented.
  • Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers.
  • Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies.
  • Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
  • 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services
  • Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
