Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Strata accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Investigate and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with account managers to drive growth and revenue.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients, ensuring they meet their unique needs and risk profiles.
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, negotiating competitive terms and conditions.
- Ensure timely completion of delegated activities, implementing account retention strategies to maintain and grow our client base.
- Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
- 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services
- Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
