Strata Insurance Portfolio Manager
As a key member of our team at AU082 HONAN OPERATING CO PTY LT, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Strata insurance accounts. This role requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Strata insurance accounts, providing high-quality customer service and developing long-term relationships with clients.
- Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients.
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers.
- Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies.
- Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation.
What You Need to Have:
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
- 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service standards and Marsh Insurance Products and Services
- Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
