About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Insurance professional to join our team at AU082 HONAN OPERATING CO PTY LT as a Client Executive – Strata. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing new business and retaining existing business within the Strata team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage long-term relationships with key clients, implementing renewal and broking strategies to drive business growth.
  • Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with account managers to expand our client base.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of insurance programs for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of delegated activities and implement account retention strategies to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and meet client needs, providing excellent service and portfolio management to drive business growth and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and relevant legislation to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and service.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications (essential)
  • 2+ years of Strata insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer service standards and insurance products and services
  • Thorough understanding of relevant insurance lines and legislation
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills and coaching abilities
