We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison to deliver exceptional customer service and operational management to our Homeowners.

This key role will be responsible for managing all Homeowner queries and complaints, providing inductions, community events, and wellness programs, and fostering a positive community experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and nurture the delivery of active and passive activities
  • Manage Homeowner queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage front of house and back of house duties, including administration and record keeping
  • Monitor financial performance and seek opportunities to improve the Homeowners experience and/or profitability
  • Contribute to Stockland's risk aware culture and performance through operational risk training and compliance

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual with unparalleled stakeholder relationship skills, commercially minded with an understanding of budgets.

  • Experience in customer experience and property management is essential
  • Knowledge in Land Lease Community, Retirement Living, or Hotel/Holiday Resort industry is highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exposure and knowledge in financial and budget management will be highly advantageous
  • Strong emotional intelligence and maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential items
  • Community minded, service orientated, with a can-do and hands-on approach
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
