We are seeking a Community Liaison Specialist to join our vibrant lifestyle communities business in Australia.

This exciting opportunity is based at our newly established Stockland Halcyon Highlands community in Mickleham, just northeast of Melbourne CBD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional operations management and customer service, focusing on providing an outstanding Homeowner experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing the delivery of engaging active and passive activities, including inductions, community events, wellness programs, and functions.
  • Efficiently managing all Homeowner queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and courteous communication.
  • Coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including general office administration and record keeping.
  • Maintaining a keen eye on the community's financial performance, identifying opportunities to enhance the Homeowner experience or improve profitability.
  • Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture by participating in operational risk training and adhering to relevant compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Ensure seamless compliance and participation across company and industry-wide audits.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic individual with exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, possessing a deep understanding of how budgets work.

  • A strong track record in managing customer experiences and property in similar roles would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Land Lease Communities, Retirement Living, or Hotel/Holiday Resort industries would be highly valued.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial and budget management principles would be beneficial.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • A strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and flexibility to attend events outside regular working hours as required.
