Global Reward Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Reward Professional to support our operating groups with the delivery of reward advice and projects.

This role will involve contributing to process improvement projects that drive alignment with both the Reward strategy and broader business objectives. You will leverage advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and provide data-informed recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of reward programs, including key annual initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects to drive alignment with the Reward strategy and broader business objectives.
  • Use advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and provide data-informed recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in remuneration and reward practices, with exposure to global frameworks being highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and data skills, including proficiency in visualization platforms and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently influence, challenge, and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly collaborative, thriving in a global team environment.
