We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Strategic Reward Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance and reward strategies that drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of reward programs and their impact on employee engagement and retention. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective reward solutions that align with the company's overall strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data to inform reward decisions;
  • Experience in performance, reward, and remuneration, with a proven track record of delivering successful reward initiatives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels;
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
