Job Title: Inclusive Rewards Professional

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive our total reward strategies and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across the organization.

  • Total Reward Strategy Design: Collaborate with the Head of Reward & DEI to review and refine Total Reward programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement data-driven approaches to inform reward and DEI initiatives.
  • Culture Transformation: Work with the People & Culture team and broader business to embed our DEI strategy, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Remuneration Analysis: Manage the annual Remuneration review process, refining and improving each cycle to ensure fairness and consistency.
