Job Title: Inclusive Rewards Professional
We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive our total reward strategies and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across the organization.
- Total Reward Strategy Design: Collaborate with the Head of Reward & DEI to review and refine Total Reward programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop and implement data-driven approaches to inform reward and DEI initiatives.
- Culture Transformation: Work with the People & Culture team and broader business to embed our DEI strategy, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Remuneration Analysis: Manage the annual Remuneration review process, refining and improving each cycle to ensure fairness and consistency.
This is a collaborative role suited for an individual who can build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful change. If you have experience in developing and implementing reward-related strategies and initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
