The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Victoria.
You will be responsible for generating new business through strategic partnerships, building and expanding your professional network, securing new opportunities, and managing pipelines to achieve targets.
Market Netwealth services and products to new and existing advisors
Sell Netwealth services to advisor groups to expand the business and its distribution network
Build, maintain, and foster relationships with the advisor base
Provide market sentiment and competitor information
Maintain knowledge of economic matters and industry issues
Prior experience in sales, business development, or relationship-focused roles, preferably in the financial services space
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Strong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management & organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with others
Curious and agile mindset with ability to adapt to change
Passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients
Demonstrated technical knowledge of the financial services industry
