Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand of the CEO, providing comprehensive executive support and administrative assistance.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values health, wellness, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's diary and schedule efficiently
- Answer and screen phone calls; prepare letters and gather information for the CEO
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including company events, seminars, and training sessions
- Take meeting minutes and provide support during meetings
- Prepare monthly expense reports for the CEO
- Communicate with the Executive Team regarding reporting and presentation deadlines
- Assist in creating documents, presentations, and reports using the Microsoft Office suite
- Maintain confidential records and file reports and correspondence
- Support various internal and external meetings and functions
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience supporting a C-Suite or senior leader executive in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset
- High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate interpersonal dynamics effectively
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- A can-do attitude, approaching tasks with positivity and initiative

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
