**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to support our strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and managers to drive business outcomes through effective talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR, preferably in a business partnering role, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and think strategically with a focus on results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to implement strategic initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employment law and policies
  • Support the development of talent management strategies
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale HR projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results
