About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic People Partner.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can shape and execute people strategies that enhance performance, growth, and cultural alignment. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into effective workforce solutions.

As a Strategic People Partner, you will lead initiatives that build capability, promote inclusion, and increase engagement across the organization. You will leverage data and insights to inform decision-making, measure success, and guide strategic planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Influencing enterprise-wide talent and leadership initiatives
  • Driving performance frameworks and change leadership initiatives
  • Utilizing data and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

You must have a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership. Experience in customer-centric industries is highly desirable. You should be able to thrive in environments of complexity and ambiguity, and value collaboration and agility.
