About the Role

As an Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to grow Avaloq's presence in Australia. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing sales projects, and coordinating with internal resources.

You will lead contract negotiations, generate profitable deals, and represent Avaloq at industry events. To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills, as well as the ability to generate trust and manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive sales growth in Australia
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including acquiring and assessing sales leads
  • Manage sales projects from initiation to conclusion, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal resources to deliver results-driven sales strategies
  • Represent Avaloq at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in the financial services industry. You should possess:

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution, preferably in Business, Banking, or Computer Science
  • Strong knowledge of competitive solutions and banking domains
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills
  • Ability to generate trust and manage resources effectively
