The Role of an Executive Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing documents, managing emails, and coordinating meetings.
","Key Responsibilities- Administration Support: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. They will also manage incoming emails and correspondence, and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Diary Management: The Executive Assistant will proactively manage executive calendars and ensure all commitments are scheduled. They will conduct regular diary planning meetings to ensure seamless coordination.
- Travel & Team Support: The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to executives and their teams. This includes booking and managing domestic and international travel, as well as providing general administrative assistance.
- Office Coordination: The Executive Assistant will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient systems and procedures are in place.
- You will have 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives or in high-level administrative roles.
- You will possess strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- You will have expertise in calendar, travel, and inbox management.
- You will have excellent meeting preparation and follow-up skills.
- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
