Job Title: High-Level Administrative Professional
The role of the High-Level Administrative Professional is to provide expert administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
This includes managing complex diary scheduling, coordinating meetings and events, and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.
Supporting projects within the team and other related work is also a key responsibility.
The position requires ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, standards, legislation, and industry best practices.
Key requirements include:
- 3-5 years' experience in an administrative role within a medium-sized organisation
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise and problem-solve
- Proven track record of high performance in driving results
- Significant experience developing partnerships
- Ability to prepare well-researched, clearly presented reports as necessary
