Job Summary

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team in Melbourne. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our client's growth strategy by developing and executing business plans, building relationships with clients and prospects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients and prospects by responding to their needs, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders through effective communication, networking, and event planning.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the regional team to achieve individual and team objectives, and provide support in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Commerce or Business.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in asset management or financial services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Software: Proficient in using specialized financial software, such as Bloomberg or Morningstar Direct, and experience with Excel models and other Office applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
