About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial advisers, providing expert guidance on our investment solutions, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our investment solutions, providing expert guidance to financial advisers and their clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze business performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong background in financial services. You'll be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with financial advisers and their clients.
Key Skills and Experience
- Financial Expertise: Demonstrated experience in financial markets and products.
- Customer Service: Strong background in sales, customer service, and/or administration within financial services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Qualifications: RG146 compliant in areas including Managed Investments, Superannuation, Life Insurance, Securities, and Derivatives.
