About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at McMillan Shakespeare Limited. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our dealer channel, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, and other key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and database generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities, and manage databases to track leads and customer interactions.
  • Novated Leasing growth: Work closely with our partners to educate them on novated leasing and assist in executing digital strategies to drive growth.
  • Brand advocacy: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, and provide exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Highly developed Account Management/Relationship building experience managing a portfolio of accounts in a sales and education focused environment.
  • Proven track record in relationship or education roles will be highly regarded.
  • Track record of achieving targets and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge and experience managing workflows via databases (ERM) and intermediate PC knowledge generally.
  • Demonstrated experience using digital sales tools.
