Job Title: Economic & Policy Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Economic & Policy Analyst to join our team at Talenza. As a key member of our NSW Government client, you will be responsible for providing high-quality economic analysis and research to support business cases, including risk and commercial analysis. Your expertise will inform strategy, operations, and investment decisions, driving positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain networks and stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for project management, methodologies, software, and modelling techniques.
* Collaborate with other areas of the directorate and division to coordinate and develop analysis of the impact of reforms and policy proposals.
* Prepare quality evidence-based written briefs, proposals, correspondence, and reports to inform department executives and the fund's board members.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of policy experience, preferably in the Government/Public sector.
* Experience with business cases and economic analysis.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
