Job Title: Senior Economic Policy Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Economic Policy Analyst to join our team at Talenza. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level economic analytical advice to support the delivery of the Early Years Commitment program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead research, economic analysis, and project management to support the Director, Executive Director, and the fund's board members.
  • Develop innovative materials to communicate complex policy issues and economic concepts to various audiences.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the directorate and division to coordinate and develop analysis of the impact of reforms and policy proposals.
  • Manage systems and processes and provide advice and training to staff across the directorate.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of policy experience.
  • Experience with business cases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
