About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver Support Specialist in Aged Care.

As a key member of our care team, you will provide person-centred support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with medication management and administration under the guidance of a registered nurse
  • Participating in resident care planning and implementing individualised care plans
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident care

You will be a true advocate for our residents, providing emotional support and companionship to enhance their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Experience working in a caregiving or aged care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum
