As the Accelerator Program Manager, part of the On-Premise Trade Marketing Team, you will be responsible for planning and executing events, as well as managing contracts and coordinating key talent partnerships – particularly in the live music and entertainment sectors.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to actively contribute to the growth of the on-premise market by delivering engaging and memorable experiences. Your ability to collaborate with artists, talent partners, and stakeholders will be crucial in elevating brand presence through high-quality events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute bespoke experience plans for key customer groups and venue types in collaboration with the on-premise Heads of Sales.
  • Manage budget expectations and brief agency partners where required to ensure optimal event delivery.
  • Work with agency partners to recruit and contract a pipeline of talent, negotiating best rates and leveraging marketing in kind capabilities and economy of scale.
  • Oversee the management of events/performances/shows on the day, ensuring talent are where they need to be, have everything they require, and the venues are prepared for the event.
  • Navigate complexity to ensure events are delivered in full and on budget.
  • Develop clear systems and measures to assess and optimize the program as required.
  • Develop and coach a team of two to deliver projects on-time.

About You

  • Significant experience in talent acquisition, booking, or management.
  • Extensive experience in events, including sales and/or marketing.
  • Expert knowledge of the people and process of the Australian entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
